Well well good news for congress people who eat , drink and sleep with dream that once Rahul Gandhi becomes prime minister , they too would get share of the cake!!!!!!!!!!. First name which comes to my mind is digvijay singh!!!!!!!
CNN-IBN and Hindu's joint survey in the week of India's Independence day shows Rahul gandhi scoring 19% of votes for becoming prime minister. This makes him front runner having got more votes than Dr Manmohan singh and Sonia Gandhi.
The poll also shows that inspite of mega corrupted government of center , opposition party BJP has failed to make inroads among people of India. It has fared poorly and for BJP situation is going for bad to worse.
Atal Bihar Vajpayee enjoyed 38% popularity to become prime minister during his peak. L K Advani got half of that space , while BJP leaders have now got themselves reduced to half of what advani got!!!!!!!.
Among BJP leaders , narendra damodhar modi scores highest and is ahead of sushma swaraj. But according to me if NDA is serious about coming to power their best bet would be Nitish Kumar. BJP being bigger party wont want JDU leader to be projected as prime minister but to be honest Nitish would get them more votes than any of BJP leaders including Narendra Modi. Though Modi is very strong in gujarat , his influence out of gujarat is negligible and his projection as pm is one of fastest way of eroding votes from up,bihar.
Coming back to Rahul Gandhi ,well now it is just matter of time before congress goes full throttle in projecting him as their official leader. He is one step away from that and it looks like in 2014 if upa wins , Rahul Gandhi would become prime minister of India.
